Okay, Lets Get This Show On The Road!

Hello friends~💗

Updates have been made, the word has been passed around! Now it is time to get into the meat of what this summer is going to look like. Its good to relax and take your time, but something I have been trying to combat is my laziness and my overly laid-back work ethic😱

Needless to say, its not the best. I tend to wake up later in the day, which I have managed to begin waking up at 9 - 10am instead of 11am - 12pm! It's a small step but its a start, and though its summer, that doesn't mean I can kick back too much! There is a lot I still wanna do, create and work on. Time to relearn discipline this summer. Nothing is gonna happen if I don't make it happen, and things happen when you're awake. I have been uploading and making updates, making art pieces here and there, I have been making quite a few, but where I have been lacking has been in consistency in uploads, art creation and staying up to date with my socials. I tend to give myself too many excuses, sometimes valid other times its a "do it away" scenario. Especially if im having a bad day. But there has been a lot kicking me in the butt lately, and its high-time I ramp up my consistency 📚 I remember my Drawing 3 teacher also told me that I need to be creating more, I don't create enough, I need to sketch MORE🎨, practice MORE🎨, paint MORE🎨, it's not enough and I need to do MORE🎨. WAY more, I make nice pieces sure, but my improvement is stunted if I don't practice more outside of school or making pieces regardless. I've had so much encouragement from teachers and loved ones, that I think im ready to finally shake off some nerves and fears i've been having lately and just dive right in. 💖🥽

SO TO KICK OFF!

I will be FINALLY working on the New Zealand vlog starting tomorrow with the script and then the editing afterwards~ 📷

I am looking into maybe getting a proper photo camera for my portfolio and other pictures~ 📷

I am also looking into getting more sketchbooks as well as anatomy and reference books for more practice! 🎨

I have so many ideas rummaging through my mind, I cant wait to do them all!

I will be slowly uploading any Instagram reels over to YouTube stories. 📱

I will still be streaming on tue, thurs, and the weekends with some gaming but with a focus on making art! Because I have to work on more art more often! We tryna be more art centric. 🎮

I will still be relaxing and playing games with my partner, being with him for me is just as important! Finding breaks where you can~ 🎮

I want to paint more. 🎨

So i've already begun doing things this week, but I plan on utilizing this time as much as possible. Next semester also should be for the most part free, as I will be only taking 2 classes! They are important classes nonetheless but I will have more time for updates and more practice! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have been known to be a talker, but I want to include everyone as much as possible in on my process and ideas. It's my community, but you guys make up that community and are just as involved as I am! My passion and drive keeps me going, but everyone's support of my art helps push that further and genuinely makes me smile. I use my socials as a way to share my progress, my memories, my work, and is just a giant online photo album of my life that im slowly building. And who knows, if this whole blog thing just doesn't work out in the end, then I will keep it to the seasonal updates on Instagram & the occasional cozy YouTube video ❤️
